Are these official Shopify triggers?

They use Shopify's official webhook and API surface, wired into Shopify Flow as first-class triggers. No reverse engineering - we use the public, supported APIs.

What happens if Shopify changes the underlying webhook?

We track Shopify's API changelog and ship updates within days. Your existing Flows keep running, no breaking changes for you.

Can I filter triggers by tag, type, or other field?

Yes. Every trigger ships with native Shopify Flow conditions. Filter on any payload field directly inside the Flow editor.

Where are events processed?

On Google Cloud in the EU (eu-west-1), encrypted at rest with Google Cloud KMS. No data leaves Europe.

Is the app GDPR-compliant?

Yes. EU-only residency, DPA available on request. No third-party tracking on this site.

Where can I get a Data Processing Agreement (DPA / AVV)?

Yes - a GDPR Art. 28 Data Processing Agreement is available. Generate and download your personalised, pre-signed copy on our DPA / AVV page (also available in German).
